Non-Returnable Custom-Made Products: All custom-made products are considered final sale and are non-returnable. This includes items that are personalized with names, dates, or specific designs chosen by the customer.

If there is a mistake on my part or if you receive a defective custom-made item, please contact me at kreationsbykellyanne@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
