Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely! Custom orders are one of my favorite things to create. Whether you need a custom t-shirt, family reunion shirts, vacation shirts, team apparel, personalized gifts, business apparel, or a completely unique design, I'd love to help bring your idea to life.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse the website, select your product, choose your size, color, and personalization options (if applicable), and complete checkout.

Can I personalize my order?

Can I upload my own design?

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Most personalized items can be ordered individually. For larger group orders, family reunions, sports teams, schools, businesses, and events, please contact me for pricing and options.

Production & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are made to order and typically ship within 1-3 business days. During busy seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Do you offer rush orders?

In many cases, yes. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before ordering to discuss available options.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $50 qualify for free standard domestic shipping.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I return a personalized item?

Because personalized and custom products are made specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is an error or defect.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the personalization, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and I will work with you to make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
